Compass Solutions worked with Rodda Electric on a 105,000 sqft lab TI which consisted of 25,000 sqft of office space, 30,000 sqft of cleanroom labs, and 50,000 sqft of labs, shipping, and storage space. Their project contribution included a new electrical distribution system, 3000a MSB, 6 distribution boards, and 40+ sub-panels.
During our time working with them, they directly collaborated with us to ensure all needs were met while maintaining a schedule with pandemic restrictions in place. They also took the initiative on all correspondence with PG&E during the service change to ensure the customer was supplied power on schedule.
